Preservation and renewal: Monument preservation meets new use
Preservation and renewal: Monument preservation meets new use
Join architects, historians and cultural experts on exciting tours of the Meierei, the Wunderkammer and Franckeplatz. Our experts will provide insights into the building history, renovation processes, historical planning and the current use of the baroque facilities. Franckeplatz as an urban link between the foundations and the city is also the subject of a guided tour.
Experience the popular theater tour “Francke and the King” and enjoy jazz sounds at the brewery and bakery.
We also invite families and young guests to take part in creative hands-on activities and, of course, our Francke rye bread from the historic oven from 1741.
