Practical symposium at the Francke Foundations

Practical symposium at the Francke Foundations
On 18 and 19 September 2025, the Francke Foundations are hosting a symposium that will address the exciting intersection of cultural education and social work in practice. In the context of socially relevant issues such as value orientation, attitudes, educational equity and democratic participation, the conference will examine both the experiences and the obstacles to successfully combining these two areas.
The practical symposium offers professionals from the fields of cultural education and social work from all over Germany the opportunity to exchange ideas in proven and new formats. International impulses and scientific expertise will enrich the symposium and discuss new perspectives on the current challenges and opportunities of interdisciplinarity and networking in this field.
The perspective on and from the interface is central to us; we want to discuss areas of tension, boundaries, participation and access, and enable new spaces for thought. The practical symposium also provides an opportunity to network across Germany and to learn about and experience practical innovative methods from the interface.
INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE:
