At last! After a long Covid break, the Linden Blossom Festival once again takes you back to the hustle and bustle of the baroque Stiftungsgassen with showmen, musicians and artists and returns to its origins: the joy of celebrating, socialising and the linden trees in the courtyard that give the festival its name. More than 80 hands-on activities with a variety of lime-green ideas invite you to feel good creatively.

The focal point of this year's festival is the legendary lime tree. A tree that bees love. Fragrant, with bright leaves. The lime tree is one of the most popular urban trees and one of the native tree species that can grow particularly old. There are lime trees over 1000 years old. The crowns are teeming with life, many birds and insects have a home here. The lime tree at the village green was and is a central meeting place, where community life took place, where people danced, ate, talked, sang...
