Rabindranath Tagore Cultural Prize 2025 awarded to Prof. Dr. Thomas Müller-Bahlke

On 11 October, Prof. Dr. Müller-Bahlke was honoured with the Rabindranath Tagore Cultural Award by the German-Indian Society. The award recognised his decades of successful work promoting sustainable scientific and cultural cooperation with South India. In addition to the foundations' intensive publishing activities, this is particularly evident in the establishment of the Museum for Intercultural Dialogue in Tharangambadi and the work of Indian volunteers in the foundations as part of the Federal Voluntary Service.
