Our New Website will Launch in February!

For more than a year, we have been working on modernizing the Francke Foundations’ website. The countdown begins on February 1st.

On www.francke-halle.de, we will launch on February 9, 2026, with full-screen videos from the Francke Foundations. This way, you’ll be right in the heart of the educational cosmos.

Culture – Science – Education: Each area has its own dedicated page. Here, you can find all the information at a glance. Using the hamburger menu* – located at the top right of every page – you can explore all the institutions within an area or quickly find the right contact person for a specific topic.
*The hamburger menu gets its name from the famous fast food. The three horizontal lines resemble the two bun halves and the filling.

All events and offerings are now displayed at a glance in the programme. Dynamic filters let you sort the database according to your preferences, ensuring you get the best search results for your query. Setting and removing filters is simple and done directly on the page, without disruptive drop-down menus. The list shows at a glance whether you need to register for an event or if it has been canceled at short notice.

On our institution pages, you can jump to the topic that interests you using a floating side menu. This way, you can navigate from any point on the page to the topic you want to explore next.
