The Information Centre is located on the ground floor of Francke’s former home and is the central point for receiving visitors of the Francke Foundations. Here, directly next to the entrance to the Foundations’ grounds with its over fifty buildings, you can plan your visit, find out about the programme of events and the activities in the Foundations, purchase entrance tickets for the museum facilities and book tours.
Tuesday to Sunday and Holidays: 10.00 – 17.00
On 24, 25 and 26 December as well as on 31 December and 1 January, the museums and collections of the Francke Foundations are closed.
Adults: 6 Euros
School children and students (18 years and older): 4 Euros
Children and young adults (maximum 18 years of age): Free of charge
Groups of eight or more individuals: 4 Euros per person

The Founder and his Work: A guided tour of the historic ensemble of buildings taking in the Cabinet of Curiosities and the Historic Library.
First Thursday of every month, 16.00
A guided tour of the Orthodox Church Of the Holy Cross, the first and only Orthodox Church in the German Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt.
Guided tours to be booked in advance
In addition to the public tours, we provide an extensive programme comprising guided tours that focus on particular aspects of the Foundations’ history.
Public tours 2 Euros per person (from 12 years of age)
Tours in German and English with reservation 30 Euros per group (max. 25 persons)
Tours of temporary exhibitions 30 Euros per group (max. 25 persons)
For guided tours outside the opening hours there is an extra charge. Special arrangements for individual visitors and tour groups are offered in cooperation with Stadtmarketing Halle.
The extensive publication programme of the Publications' department, including fully illustrated catalogues of the Francke Foundations’ major exhibitions and volumes dealing with its art historical collections such as the Cabinet of Art and Natural History or the Historic Library, can be purchased at the Information Centre in Francke’s House. The diversity of publications and choice souvenirs invite visitors to browse the Museum Shop after visiting the exhibitions.
