The conference floor in the Historic Orphanage of the Francke Foundations is an attractive location, steeped in history, for conferences, workshops, concerts or events for up to 350 participants. Technical facilities and catering can be provided. The various rooms and venues may be rented either separately or in combination. Guided tours of the house with its exhibitions and of the Francke Foundations as a whole with its other museums can be arranged in German, English, French or Russian.

After receiving your request we will contact you in order to clarify details. If you wish, we can make an appointment for you to view the location and discuss your event. If this is not required, we will accept your registration, and note the technology you need and the nature of the planned catering service. We also need to know the exact beginning and end of your event as well as the schedule for possible rehearsals, erection and dismantling work. These form part of the calculation of costs. After receiving this information, we will send you an estimate.
If our offer suits you we will send a contract to be signed and returned to us. This contract forms the basis of our further cooperation. Depending on the extent and duration of your event, we kindly request you to send us your preliminary programme 2 or 3 weeks before it starts or else to discuss the details with us so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.
Several days prior to the event we will contact you to clarify possible alterations and make final arrangements.
After the event, you will receive an invoice for the service provided.
